Today, SUPREM ACCENT LIVING has a dynamic team of 6 professionals who have expertise in their respective domain (2- merchandisers, 2 Q/C’s headed by two of us) looking into their operations effectively.

Merchandising and Product Development
Each big account has a dedicated merchant to look after development, sourcing and purchase order management. He/she attends trade fairs, is fully clued-in to trends, and is constantly tapping into new resources. To fully appreciate the client’s business and their needs in terms of product, timeliness, quality and warehousing, the merchandiser travels to meet with the client and factories, as required.

Quality Assurance Department
The Quality Assurance team is consisting of 2 QCs travelling throughout India and remains in field with limited visits to head office. In remote locations we also take 3rd party audits from reputed and professional Inspection agencies.

Initial inspections are carried out in the internal labs under light box to match colors and a top loading washing machine to check wet and dry crocking, there after quality checks are carried out at designated Test Houses. Regular inspections are carried out at the vendors to catch any issues at an early stage. Broadly there are three inspection stages – in-line, mid line and final.
He supervises and ensures that all shipments are strictly audited and compliant with the quality standards set by the customer, and coordinates closely with the concerned Merchandiser and in some cases with the customer. Regular inspections are carried out, so that faults can be detected in time so as not to compromise overall deadlines.
As a quality control company for our buyers we use the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) 2.5 to establish a maximum allowable error rate or variation from the standard. Our QA activities include factory monitoring, testing, inspections and audits. We keep ourselves abreast by attending seminars and workshops.

Logistics
The logistics department follows up with suppliers and coordinates with freight forwarders generally nominated by buyers or suggested by us to ensure that both cargo and documentation are in order, and reach the destination well in time. We keep customers updated from the time goods leave the factory till they are on a vessel.
